Phase 2 of the Heritage subdivision is now underway, the entrance is around the corner on Covered Bridge Road. This phase has around 23 lots all more than a half an acre in size. All the lots are flat and cleared with some of the cul de sac lots backing up to a wooded area. There are some lots over an acre in size. The price range in the new phase is going to be higher as land costs have increased homes will now run in the mid to high $200,000’s. The neighborhood is near the major roads for travel to either Clayton or Smithfield using Buffalo Road or Covered Bridge Road. For those commuters going to Raleigh, RDU Airport or Research Triangle Park there are a couple of routes, the easiest is via Buffalo Rd to HWY 64 East and then to either I440 or I540. Why pay $100,000 more for a smaller house in Cary or Apex, Holly Springs or Raleigh, if you can even find something this good.
