Pine Ridge subdivision is a small neighborhood in Clayton, NC with homes that start in the mid to high $200,000’s. Pine Ridge is located on Buffalo Road in Johnston County just over the Wake County line putting the subdivision in the perfect location for commuters to Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, Clayton and Garner. These hard to find homes on large wooded private lots in a great school district only come along every so often. If you don’t want to be in a large planned development with a lot of HOA rules and regulations, hundreds of neighbors Pine Ridge might be the place for you.
