The neighborhood is centrally located for people who want to live close to Clayton and Garner and is only a few minutes drive to Hwy 70 and Hwy 42 West.
Commuting to Research Triangle Park, Raleigh Durham International Airport will be considerably easier this close to the Wake County line and with the Complete 540 project getting started, driving to Cary, Chapel Hill, Knightdale, etc will be shorter.
