Eighteen homes sold in Flowers Plantation in April 2016 continuing the trend of increased sales in this rapidly growing part of Johnston County. This is almost double the number of homes sold in April 2015 when ten homes sold. The homes sold from a low of $158,000 for a 1700 square foot patio home in North Farm Cottages built in 2007 up to a custom built pre sale in the Chatham neighborhood which sold for $362,500.
