Annies Landing is a small neighborhood of less than 50 homes in Smithfield, North Carolina. Annies Landing is in a rural setting about 10 minutes from downtown Smithfield, NC. The neighborhood is just off Hwy 210 making it an easy 40 minute commute to Seymour Johnson Air force Base in Goldsboro, NC and a short drive to Benson, Four Oaks and I95. The neighborhood does not have any HOA dues but does have covenants.
