Sold In Longleaf In Flowers Plantation
3 Bailywick Drive in the Longleaf Neighborhood in Flowers Plantation closed on Thursday July 16th. The former model for the builder M/I Homes was purchased by my clients to move into when they retired and then life changed their plans and they decided to sell. The home had been seen countless times by all the current residents of Longleaf and many more online. Beautifully staged by the builders design team it had all the bells and whistles you might expect in a model home with custom fittings, appliances and more.
Marketing Used To Get Houses Sold
The marketing we used to get the house sold was all done online because this is where todays buyers are. We created a video on YouTube which had over 3300 views, created a webpage for the house that included 30 large pictures, community information, maps and school details which was viewed 853 times and featured the home on a nationwide real estate blogging platform called ActiveRain where it was seen 4500 times. We ran adds on Facebook, one of which reached over 6000 in a week. Targeting people in markets like New York (the buyers were from NY), Boston, Virginia, Florida, all places where we see most of our website traffic coming from. The home sold for what is now the second highest price paid for a home in Longleaf. To the right is a screen shot of Page One of Google where our marketing was in four positions solely through organic SEO practices. Ask any agent you like if they would be able to do this. This is not Zillow or Realtor .com that is done automatically for agents they don’t control that. Want your house on Page 1 of Google when 98% of buyers are searching online?
